In the restaurant "Sava" in Sava Center on December 3, 2015 marked the Day of Persons with Disabilities. International Day of Persons with Disabilities, held under the slogan "For Life without Barriers".

"The Serbian government does not care just 3 December on persons with disabilities than takes care of every day", said the Minister of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Aleksandar Vulin told reporters after the opening of the event by the tenth time, under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor, organized by the Association Hendi Center Coloseum in Belgrade.

Noting that persons with disabilities, regardless of whether they live in Belgrade or any other small town in Serbia, have the same right to movement and access, Vulin said that the Ministry of the Interior provided the money to all the Police Department have a ramp for people with disabilities and it was agreed that each branch PIO fund has a ramp or lift.

City Council member Dragomir Petronijevic said that the city this year started on with Belgrade without barriers, in which is raised, so far, 85 ramps for easier access to public buildings.

"By the end of the year that number will be 96, but we planned and 100 in January, we'll get to that number," Petronijevic said, adding that next year has already allocated funds for the new 150 ramp.

President of the Association Hendi Coloseum in Belgrade Darko Ivic said that a lot has been done, but it can always be more.

"There's always a problem, but I have to go step by step, which is much better than to do two steps forward so that the back step back," said Ivic.
