In the Hall of the Municipal Assembly of Pirot 23th December 2013 launched a project called "Training for start-up and development services - personal assistance services in the cities of Serbia".
The presentation was organized Hendi Center "Coloseum" from Belgrade. On that occasion, Professor Doctor Goran Nedović said that the situation of persons with disabilities in Serbia significantly revised, but still needs a lot of work to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. When it comes to personal assistance, local government should funds providers these activities and therefore must be taken care what services are provided and financed.
